Fedora packages for 1.2.2

Hi all,

SFLphone packages for Fedora 17 and Fedora 18 are available. As Fedora 16 is EOL today, we won't make new packages for it. These packages ship with GTK and packages don't include video and/or ilbc for now.

New features since 1.2.0 include Opus and G.729 audio codecs, auto-answer, multi-codecs calls. There's also some Gnome-specific improvements.
