SFLphone 0.9.8 beta has been released

0.9.8 beta version has been released today. This is mainly a bug fix release as we focused on making the soft even more robust.

The new features are:

• network manager integration: sflphone core listens to network changes notifications to be more reactive.
• codecs configuration per account basis
• Shortcuts configuration support
